How does billing and renewal work?
Subscriptions are billed either monthly at $7.99/month or annually at $59.00/year (which averages to $4.92/month). Billing renews automatically at the end of each period until you choose to cancel.
Can I cancel my subscription at any time?
Yes. You can cancel your subscription at any time with one click directly from your Account Billing page or through the Stripe Customer Portal. When you cancel, you will continue to have full Pro access until the conclusion of your current paid billing period.
What happens to my saved data if I downgrade to Free?
Your historical data remains safe and accessible to you. You can export all your saved calculations, purchase orders, shipments, and CRM records to CSV or JSON at any time. If you downgrade, you retain read and export access to existing records, with limits applying only to adding new records beyond the free tier.
How is payment processed securely?
All payment transactions are handled directly through Stripe's secure, PCI-DSS Level 1 certified checkout infrastructure. Source & Ship never receives, stores, or processes your credit card details on our servers.
Do I need a business license or company registration to use Pro?
No. Source & Ship Pro is designed for solo entrepreneurs, e-commerce sellers, and private-label operators as well as established corporate purchasing teams.
Are the calculation results legally binding for customs duty?
No calculator can replace the legal determinations of official customs authorities. Our tools provide accurate mathematical frameworks based on standard customs valuation principles (FOB/CIF) and user-entered tariff rates, but official duty assessments are made by your destination country's customs bureau.
